My design entry for YCN’s competition. The concept of "Proper Selfie" is that customers receive a free selfie accessory inside their purchased bag of Propercorn, which they can then wear whilst taking a selfie and upload it onto Instagram with the hashtag ‘#properselfie’. Each pack contains either novelty glasses, eyebrows or a moustache inspired by the chosen popcorn flavour. The idea came from trying to make links between things that the target audience would enjoy and be willing to interact with in a quick and playful manner. That being freebies, social media and taking selfies. It's meant to be a fun way of sharing, celebrating not only the ethos of the brand but their simple ingredients. What you see is what you get.
